i had to admit, 1 of the very bad point bout mi is, very emotional..

tis is y im oso known as emoliang hahax..

be in in love, or towards fren, work, i am emo..

todae, i was said to b too gan xing yong shi..

i dun deny tt, but i oso dun fully agree with tt..

i believe in wat i said.. some might say is correct, some no.. i will take in criticism, of course.. tt's wat makes everyone grow.. i said mi piece, i was shot down totally.. im not saying im totally correct, but i oso not gonna accept wat i heard too..

im asked to pacify e person, so tt he can "accept" me.. HELL NO!! be it my boss or those on e same level as mi, or my subordinates, i wun apple polish.. if i need to por tt person, to boost his or her ego, to apple polish him or her, so tt he or she can or will willing to work for mi or with mi, TO HELL NO WAY !!

again, i do admit, im too hasty in putting down mi judgement.. yes, he might nd more time.. but let's set tis straight, as per e previous paragraph, if need mi to go DOWN n boost someone's else ego, forget bout it.. 

i oso agree with tis, as part of e management, u need to work wif wateva resources you hv, be it good or bad.. the satisfaction is there, especially, when u can transform someone who is not tt good, into a very UP person..

to e 2, who might b lookin @ tis, thx for tis morn, im not angry or pissed.. i will work on tis, i will reduce mi bad pt aka emo, to improve miself.. i understand both of ur hao yi, it's inside of mi liao.. but, i hv mi principal, there's something i will nv do..

ps, hong is horny bastard.. pretend to look @ wat im typing, in actual fact, he's lookin @ e reflection on e screen to look @ girls !!! in e end he complain, he didnt catch wat e lecturer said......
